❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy
📿 Cancellation 7 Days Before Puja Date
- If the puja booking is canceled 7 days prior to the scheduled puja date 🗓️
- ✅ 75% refund of the total puja amount will be provided 💰
- 25% will be deducted towards priest booking, puja planning, and administrative charges.
📿 Cancellation 5 Days Before Puja Date
- If the puja booking is canceled 5 days prior to the puja date ⏳
- ✅ 50% refund of the total puja amount will be processed 💸
🔥 Cancellation Within 24 Hours Before Puja Date
- If cancellation is requested within 24 hours before the puja,
❌ No refund will be applicable
- As puja samagri arrangements, priest confirmation, and sacred preparations are already completed 🕯️🙏.
🔄 Rescheduling Policy
📅 We understand unexpected changes may arise.
- One-time free rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 5 days before the puja date 🌼.
- Rescheduling depends on priest availability and muhurat.
🚫 No Return Policy
🛕 Puja services are customized spiritual rituals performed as per individual sankalp.
- Once the puja is performed, no return or refund is possible ❌.
- Prasad, puja videos, photos, or digital blessings shared after completion are non-returnable 🌺.
⏱️ Refund Processing
💳 Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
