Returns and Exchanges
No, once a puja booking is confirmed, it cannot be returned or exchanged. However, rescheduling may be possible in some cases.

Puja bookings are generally non-refundable. However, if there are unavoidable circumstances, you may contact our support team to discuss possible options.
If you receive incorrect or damaged items, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for verification. We will arrange a replacement.

No, digital puja services, including mantra jaap and online homam, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once booked.
